I am interested in developing ideas in response to new spaces.
In June 2019 as an Artist in Residence in an Ipswich Kindergarten, I spent some time drawing from the outdoor area. This sketch is one of my in situ pastel on card works. It is drawn from the playful and interactive spaces offered in kindergartens around the State of Queensland.
The act of drawing informs my art practice but is not always the destination.
